HUMAN PROTEINPEDIA

Experimental Details - HuPA_00019
Experiment type Mass spectrometry
Short description Sulfation analysis
Experimental description Mass spectrometry-based approach in combination with direct DNA sequence analysis was used to fully identify TTR variants. To identify TTR variants and posttranslational modifications, Immunoprecipitation to isolate TTR from serum, and electrospray ionization and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MS) peptide mapping were done.
