Experiment type Mass spectrometry
Short description Urine phosphoproteome analysis
Experimental description 50 mL volumes of urine was collected from 32 years healthy male (one voiding during the morning). Urine was centrifuged in a fixed-angle centrifuge for 30 minutes at 4500 x g. The supernatant were desalted with membrane filter(MWCO 5kDa) followed by reduction and alkylation followed by Nano-LC-ESI-MS/MS analysis.
