Short description |
Liver normal and tumor tissue analysis |
Experimental description |
Liver tissue was homogenized and proteins were digested with trypsin without reduction or alkylation. The extracted peptides from nontumor and tumor parts were labeled with iTRAQ reagent with 114, 115 and 116, 117 (114 and 115 for normal liver samples and 116 and 117 from hepatocellular carcinoma). |
