HUMAN PROTEINPEDIA

Experimental Details - HuPA_00054
Experiment type Mass spectrometry
Short description Brain proteome analysis
Experimental description Brain tissue was grown as xenografts in mice. Tissue was harvested, homogenized, trypsin digested as per ABI iTRAQ protocol. Four samples were labeled and pooled. All four were human brain tissue.
