Experimental description Immunoprecipitation (antibody IP) enrichment for NPM-ALK and its interacting proteins. IP enrichment using an monoclonal ALK antibody (Zymed), with bands cut from 1D-SDS PAGE and analyzed by MS/MS. Any proteins identified in this IP lane (after IgG subtraction) are candidates for NPM-ALK protein-protein interactions.
