HUMAN PROTEINPEDIA

Experimental Details - HuPA_00674
Experiment type Mass spectrometry
Short description Proteomics profiling of human bile
Experimental description Bile was collected from calculus cholecystitis patients during radical cholecystectomy. The study was approved by institutional review board and informed consent was obtained from all donors. Samples were cleared of lipids and salts. Samples were pooled and further fractionated by SDS-PAGE, OFFGEL and SCX. The fractions were subsequently analyzed using online RP-LC in tandem with LTQ-Orbitrap Velos.
