HUMAN PROTEINPEDIA

Experimental Details - HuPA_00682
Experiment type Mass spectrometry
Short description Qualitative proteomic analysis of human normal vitreous humor
Experimental description We employed multiple fractionation techniques namely, SDS-PAGE followed by in-gel digestion, in solution digestion followed by SCX chromatography and OFFGEL. we performed 70 LC-MS/MS runs for in-gel, SCX and OFFGEL fractions. The resulting mass spectral data was searched against the NCBI RefSeq-45 human protein database using three different search algorithms - Mascot, SEQUEST and X! Tandem
