Short description Quantitative proteomic analysis of Head and neck squamous cell (HNSCC) cancer secretome
Experimental description Conditioned media from HNSCC neoplastic and non-neoplastic cell lines were harvested and subjected to protein concentration. Equal amounts of proteins were pooled from the neoplastic cell lines and normalized. Trypsin digestion followed by iTRAQ labeling of samples were carried out in replicates. Labeled fractions were then pooled and subjected to SCX fractionation. All cleaned fractions were then analysed using high resolution LTQ-Orbitrap Velos mass spectrometer.
