Short description Analysis of urine low MW proteome (peptidome)
Experimental description Analysis of urine low MW proteome (peptidome). Urine samples derived from Bladder Cancer patients and benign controls were analyzed using a comprehensive fractionation strategy, involving immobilized nickel affinity chromatography. IMAC eluates were then analyzed using high resolution LC-MS/MS analysis for their content in naturally occurring urinary peptides.
