Short description Gallbladder cancer total proteome
Experimental description A mass spectrometry-based quantitative total proteome analysis of gallbladder cancer cell lines was carrired out. The proteins were extracted, reduced, alkylated and digested using trypsin. The tryptic peptides were then labeled using 8-plex iTRAQ reagents and fractionated using strong cation exchange chromatography. The fractions were then subjected to LC-MS/MS analysis.
